I bought a house and want to get out of my apartment at the end of June. So it should be available July 1st. It's located in Temple Terrace off Bullard Pkwy.. Nice, quiet & safe area (I've never had a single problem here), located in Riverchase Apartments. It's a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, about 600 sq ft, has balcony, and a walk-in closet in bedroom. Community has 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, fitness room, raquetball courts, etc. Real nice community. For dog lovers...they have no weight restrictions (VERY leniant with dogs)! I believe they will be charging around $639/month...definetly a good deal.
I'm going to be out of here at the end of June, but my lease doesn't expire until the end of July...management here told me if someone wanted my place before then I wouldn't have to pay the remainder. So save me from paying all this money for an apartment I won't be living in!!
If you want to check out the community, take Busch Blvd. east, past 56th street, and it turns into Bullard Pkwy.. Riverchase Apartments is located about 1 miles east of 56th street on the right hand sign (just after the bridge). Please contact me with any questions.
