This is for my girl. She would like to have a roommate and lives in the USF area. Her name is Jessica. She would like only a female roommate. So if you are a guy and need a place, sorry. The place is in the Bavarian Village and its a 2bed, 1 1/2 bath. Whoever is renting will get the master bedroom. The bathroom is shared upstairs, with an extra vanity in the hallway(large mirror+sink). First floor is living room, bathroom(toilet), and the kitchen. There is a porch, its about 5x10 and on the porch is the washer/dryer in this little room with a door. The roommate's room can be furnished(bed dresser) or not if you have your things already. There is access to a pool about 1 building over(maybe 100ft). Also a tennis court. The place is off fletcher right on 42nd street. Jessica is very clean and would obviously like the same type of person. She has a small dog(tea cup yorkie). So if you are allergic to dogs, do not apply. Rent is $450 including all utilities. Its a very nice place. USF area so if you go to college its perfect. Give her a ring if you fit type of person that would like to rent. 941-580-8663
