wtf happened? i dont get it, why did all 4 wheels fall off, did he forget to tighten the lugnuts? the studs look broken so i wouldnt think so but that has me all confused

1/4 of that happened to me just last week...

i was driving and i just heard "crunch crunch crunch", so i pulled over...as i was idling to a stop my car drops and i see one of my front wheels roll into the grass...

The guy who witnessed it says that the lugs were the wrong thread. The guy was doing approximately 45 mph. Car did not run anymore due to bent rotors. Poor RX7.
