Ok let me bring you guys up to speed:
Started losing weight in '05. I started at 260lbs (I am 6'1). The goal was to hit 200lbs. These aren't the best pictures but this is what I looked like:

I adjusted my eating habits, though I was till not eating great. I also threw in some cardio and weight lifted a little bit. This is me in June 2006:

So then I got more serious and started running, swimming and occassionally biking. I also got more serious with weight lifting and my eating. This is me in Oct 2006 @ 203 (about 15% bodyfat)

Ok so now Im hardcore fitness. PROBLEM: I broke my arm in Feb '07 and had to stop weight lifting, naturally I deflated a bit but kept focusing on fat loss. Now I am at 187 @ 12.5% bodyfat. YOU THINK GREAT! BUT I DON'T!!! If you look at the picture I took today I look the same!!!! I have lost almost 3% MORE body fat but because I cant lift anymore I dont have more muscle!?
DO YOU AGREE OR AM I BEING TOO HARD ON MYSELF? PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU GUYS THINK (WOMEN ESPECIALLY) AND DONT BE MODEST, I NEED THIS!

I agree with Mikey. Anyhow, you shouldn't just go based on how you look, but also how you feel. How do you feel now? I mean, that's a lot of weight you've lost. You must feel great overall about it and you probably feel more energetic, etc.

I use the handheld machine....I havent done a pinch test so I can def. agree with you! I dont know how to feel.....its kinda nuts but I know I am in great shape. average 3.2 miles a day running, very active person.....but I still feel like I look the same as I did, its like a complex that I will never be thin so I need the reassurance of other people....its because I see myself every day

Dude you look 20x better then you did starting off, you look normal for your body now. You should be proud of yourself I mean how many people you know that lost 60-70 pounds? I think you look the best at 200. Its also not bad to have that type of complex because it will keep your ass in check .

first off i want to say congrats man you look so much better... really happy for you man... now that being said... i think you look too fucking skinny... you REALLY need to get some muscle back on your little ass... i am 5'10" and i am 186 pretty lean... so you being 6'1" that is just nuts... also this is me being honest in my opinion... you have a fighters head... you have a square big jaw and head... you just look funny that small... i say get to around 200 or so with the same BF% and you will be fucking happy as hell... but you must keep up with your cardio as you do now...
again good work man and keep us up to date with how this all turns out...
