They won by the skin of their ass, but a win none the less. Now i get to stay home and be lazy instead of going back to Texas to work.

I really wanted to see the Cavs win, it would have been cool to see Lebron get a ring. But man, the Spurs are stacked. Ginobli, Parker, and Duncan. Thats better than Kobe/Shaq, Shaq, Wade, and all the other tandems in recent years.

I still wouldve loved to have seen the series go to 7 games, regardless who won.

the spurs win because of fundamentals. there's no flashy showoffs or retards, just 5 guys who play well. good for winning, bad for entertainment. it was reminiscent of watching the *gulp* WNBA. :crack:

very true, but the Cavs needed a leader in Lebron, and he didnt step up. He played horribly throughout the series. When they played the Pistons, they won thru his leadership, ability to score points, brought up thier confidence to a whole new level, and playing good ball. While i agree Lebron is really all they have, they are all still talented NBA players who beat the Pistons, but didnt come together to put up any fight towards the Spurs and thier superior experiences.

Did you know Lebron's wife just had their second child? Learned that today.

I'm a die hard Cavs fan. I took it pretty well. They exceeded expectations and the Spurs were just not going to be denied this season.

Dave Davis what do you do?
