I need a roomate moved in August 1st!!!!

Its right across the street from the International mall. Its a pretty ideal location being close to 275, the Veterans, two malls, the airport, and only about 10-15 to Ybor or downtown.
The Master Bedroom is available. Rent is $1100 a month, instead of splitting it in half, the person with the master will pay $25 more for a much larger closet and private bath. So your rent would be $575 + Utilities.
male or female is fine, prefer someone my age, MUST be responsible and clean and quiet!
Dogs under 35lbs are allowed and i love pooches! I am not a big cat lover although I may make exceptions depending on circumstance and the cats behavior/personality.
