well started my new bulker diet gonna be 5k plus calories a day imma take before and after pics of me and my buddy in a few days then again in a few months

if you're really eating 5000+ calories a day i wouldn't be surprised if you, in three months, gain 7 lbs of muscle, and 12-15 lbs of fat.

then, to take those 15 lbs of fat off, you'd be looking at what, another 20-25 weeks.. hmm that's almost 6 months right there..

so 9 months from now you will be at +7 lbs of lbm at the same amount of fat at before.

just be careful with bulking diets. it's too easy to screw up an already good 'close' physique.

i dont mind being alil pudgy im trying to do the tampa classic next year so between genetics and a somewhat clean diet and hardcore workout plan im pretty sure i wont be to bad

been alil more then a week up 5 lbs weighed in at 209 this morning
