Well we all know recovery helps with gains.

But i read you can actually do the same groups a few times a day with out harms.

Here what im currently doing and I want to know if its over kill.

Walk/Run/Jog=
about 3 miles a day,One route is 3 miles.
But I might get bored and walk a little more so id say total of 4 miles a day,one in 3 miles/later at 1.

Mainly for cardio-working legs and help with loosing gut.

Crunches=
2-3 times a day in 20s till 100 total per session

Curling

Military Presses

in 20's 5 sets

I do other things but this is a small portion what i try to do at home,with out hitting the gym yet.

I do 5 days and 2 days off.

I know I have a shitty schedual but once I get to the gym I can figure out a better one,but meantime this is all I got.
