What we need:
Basic design on the website, can be similar to what we have at www.shortysgraphics.com
Full-featured cart setup and working- I need this turnkey. Set up the cart, API/Shipping Portals, ability for customers to upload artwork, with multiple pricing categories depending on login credentials.
