Yea, I took a look into it - I don't see it hitting 125 in any sort of hurry though, what sort of research are you basing that jump on?

I would estimate that if it does continue to earn as it has been over the past year then maybe after several months it could hit 125, but I'm not jumping into that, best of luck!

I am basing it on a stepping pattern on the chart and the futher decline of the RE market.

If the RE index moves down two points SRS goes up four point, If the index goes up two points SRS goes down four points. Another words its inverse of the move X two, or close to it.
