does that mix well?. cause iv lost weight when i was going out with my girl when we were together. and im still losing more weight even when were broken up. i got my heart broken. blah blah. etc. trying not to get into details. is this a good time for me to change myself? im in decent shape.i got a picture. pm me if you want to see.

im 5'9"
less than 175.(last time i checked its been about a week or 2)

being bipolar II, i counteract my low weeks with heavy heavy training, and long duration cardio.

Should work well, working out releases a um, forgot what it was, but it makes you feel good. Of course you could get an anti-depressant, or goto GNC and buy St. Johns Wort, its one that you can get without a prescription.

Working out with counteract depression. The body releases a bunch of, "Good mood," hormones when you work out like dopamine and shit.

I agree. I always feel better mentally and physically after a good workout.
