Roommate needed for New Tampa or Brandon

Hi, I am in need of a female roommate (non-smoker or smokes outside) that doesn't mind two cats. I am hoping to find an apartment/townhouse in New Tampa or Brandon ASAP. It needs to be very close to I-75 or 1-4 because I am hoping to start school in either Lakeland or Orlando very soon (and a move to Orlando is not feasible right now, unfortunately). I want to be honest: my credit is sucky but I have a co-signer, a stable job of almost two years at a music store I love, and plenty of recs.

What price range?

I have a 3br, 2.5 ba, 2 car garage with pool house in new tampa. Its in Hunters Green. My tenant is moving out tomorrow. Let me know what your trying to spend.

Unfortunately, that's going to be way to big for me :( I need a cheap 1 bedroom, or a nice 2 bedroom if I can find a roomie to split the cost.

I was not expecting to have to move so fast so this is a suckage-beyond-suckage situation.
