Does iTunes play video now? How crappy. Any reason why the video has to be on iTunes?

Your phone software should come with a converter. Convert them 3gp file to mpg and then import it into itunes.

After you import them to you library, you need to flag them for sync with the ipod.
It;s pathetic I know all this crap about a program I do not use.

Anyone bother to ask what format the file is coming in the form of? iTunes is only able to convert certain formats.
