HAHAHAHA. "Man Room". Yeah right.

I don't get your disapproval of such a thing.

What's wrong with having a "man room"?

Do you really want a man totally and completely invested in you that he shouldn't even think or be allowed to have a place to himself to think for himself, whether it's at work, the bathroom or whatever?

I'd like to know why you think it's bullshit.

Like women give you attention for you to need a place away from them.

I may be single, but, the concept of a "man room" shouldn't be pushed aside. I don't know if you were being personal or not though.

I'm just hoping for some realistic answer as to why it shouldn't be something a man can have.

Can women have a woman room?

I want mine pink. And shiny. With Justin Timberlake playing all the time. Thx.

You have way too much time on your hands to read into things that deeply. I'll reply to you with the same "HAHAHAHA. "Man Room". Yeah right."

My bf and I live in a 2/2 apartment. Every room is accessible to both of us. We play video games together, if he's playing a computer game in the 2nd bedroom which is the big setup for computer gaming, I'm either watching him because I like watching him play (as he likes me to watch him play) or in the living room watching TV or on my laptop. Why the hail do you need a separate room throned to being a man and being alone? If you have a good gf/fiancé/wife who respects your space, she's going to give you the silence and alone time when you need it without needing a room that she's banned from.

I see your point.

In my perspective, many of the ladies I've dated were either controlling, or something of the sort, and a "man room" would have been nice. I never expect a woman to be completely banned from a "man room" though, so, I hope some of you don't get the wrong impression.

My only beef was that I don't want another girl moving into my house, taking over what goes on and how it looks. I do hope to have a decent relationship and get to a point where I can trust her, but, I've just been jaded by bad relationships.

My bathroom. No one is allowed to use it besides myself. Everyone else gets to use the guest bathroom.

The garage is def the man's place. Sure there are like 1 or 2 to every 999999999999999 to infinity women that like cars, but for the most part it is the man's room.

The 3rd bedroom in my house is my room. I painted the walls olive drab, my gun safe, workbench, tools, etc. are in there. It is definitely a "man room." Of course, I'm single and I live alone anyway, but that is besides the point.

Of course women have a room of their own, it's called the kitchen. :D

I am an avid supporter of the "man room" or, as josh calls it the man cave. I don't want to watch EVERY sporting event, or smell cigars or beer or whatever--so he can keep it to that room and think he's winning because I "can't go in there"

lol. I have two man rooms, two man bathrooms, a man living room, a man dining room, a man kitchen and a man garage.... She doesn't have a problem with any of them.

I think it's a very favorable trait that she owns which I find women normally lacking. The condo is mine and I decorated it. And since the decor is everything that I like, it is, in essence, manly. At least to me. The fact that none if it bothers her to the point of redecorating is a nice bonus for me I suppose.

But I know the apple-cinnamon air spray was TOTALLY his. And TOTALLY manly.

(I'd say my "man room" is my whole house -- which is man-glish for.. I really need to clean my fucking house..)

Jeff got screwed by not having a "man cave" so I've let him have the downstairs bathroom and most of the living room. Sure it drives me nuts, but the poor guy really doesn't have anywhere to come home and "escape" at all.

After another year 1/2 to 2 years passes and if the market is good enough to both sell and buy without any major issues, then we're going to look into a much bigger place and make sure that I get my big kitchen and he gets his Man Space :)
