What are your weak points in your training? Maybe give advice as well to others on their weaknesses.
Lifters - muscle groups or lift types?
runners - speed? endurance? type of race?
basketball players - cant shoot the 3?
etc etc.
Right now in lifting I'd say my weak point is my biceps. I don't really concentrate on them or anything but they have always seemed to progressed the slowest of all my muscle groups.
Not really a weakness neccasarly but I feel I can improve on my snatch forms.

Overall my weakness is strength: I'm weaker then 80% of my peer group.
In my enjoyed activity my weakness is not doing enough cross training, swimming is more of a leisure activity to me, and I don't like setting up my bike rack on my car to drive for a half an hour to ride for two and then drive for another half hour in traffic.
My other weakness is over training, I never get it through my head to properly prep and do post workout things like eat or ice...

I think I'm weaker than my peers too, at least those in the gym around me. However, I don't really care how strong I am. :D I care more about what I look like in the mirror. (Cue the people chiming in about how strength is everything)

My lifting weakness is my quads. I can pretty good weight with them, but working them gets me so insanely winded it's not even funny. I almost pass out if I work my quads too heavy. Seriously, even if I do quad-related shit as part of fighting training I get fatigued. Maybe I have the 'betes.
My fighting weakness is the power behind my left cross. For some reason my body just doesn't want to twist right so I can deliver a full punch across with my left. I guess I'm just a big, dumb Guido bruiser.

^^Yea, calves are genetic I think. I've always loved my calves.
However, I know that with ALOT of work you can make your calves bigger and more cut. For me my calves have been their biggest and most cut up when I run alot of miles, like 40-50 miles a week. I did all my traiing on dirt trails too which I know made a difference.

Keeping the motivation up to do legs... tonight for example, I should be going to work legs. Instead I'm going to go eat at a mexican restaurant...
My shoulder press isn't very strong.
My endurance is below optimal, but thats how I've been training so I have no one else to blame but myself.
