Breakfast - Missed

Between Breakfast and Lunch Snack - 1 liter of water

Lunch - Moe's (HomeWrecker)

Between Lunch and Dinner Snack - 1 liter of water

Dinner - 4 slices of cold pizza (Pineapple and Black Olive from Papa Johns) with milk.

Breakfast - Slept in again

Between Lunch and Breakfast - 1 liter of water

Lunch - Chicken and Shrimp Pasta with bell peppers (Courtside)

Between Lunch and Dinner - 1 liter of water

Dinner - 2 hotdogs with pepperjack cheese and ketchup

Exercise - Ran 2 miles, and 30 minutes of calisthenics

Post Exercise - Clif Bar and 20 oz of water while Icing. : )

Breakfast - Slept in even later then yesterday

Between Breakfast and Lunch - 1 liter of water, 1 Clif Bar

Lunch - Hooters Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Fries with a Sweet Tea

Between Lunch and Dinner - 1 liter of water

Dinner - Fell asleep before I could eat

Exercise - 2 mile run and another 30 minutes of calisthenics.

Post Exercise - Sleep

Breakfast - No

Between Lunch and Breakfast - 1 liter of water

Lunch - Grilled Chicken Sandwich with fries and a sweet tea

Between Lunch and Dinner - 1 liter of water

Dinner - Pizza Hut half of a large pizza

Exercise - 2 mile run with 30 minute of calisthenics.

Breakfast - None

Snack - 1 liter of water

Lunch - Blackened Chicken over Penne Pasta

Snack - 1 liter of water

Dinner - 3 Beers, and the rest of my large Pizza

Breakfast - 4 Buttermilk Waffles with Maple Syrup

Snack - 12 oz of water with a clif bar

Lunch - Mixed dry fruit (about a handful)

Snack - Cold Buffalo Chicken tenders (found 'em in the fridge)

Dinner - 12 Mega Pizza Rolls

Exercise - Sleep

Breakfast - Bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios with 8 oz of Orange Juice

Snack - 12 oz of water

Lunch - Peanut butter sandwich 12 oz of 1% Milk

Snack - 12 oz of water, and another handful of dried fruit

Dinner - 2 Hot Dogs with Jalapeņo cheese and kethcup, 12 oz Canada Dry, and Juice/Fig Newtons for desert. : )

Exercise - 2 Mile Run
1x10x 95 lb Flat Bench
1x10x 115 lb Flat Bench
1x5x 135 lb Flat Bench
3x10x 20 lb Kick Backs (tri's)
1x10x 35 lb Skull Crushers
1x10x 55 lb Skull Crushers
1x 5x 65 lb Skull Crushers
1 x 10 x 45 lb upright row
1 x 10 x 65 lb upright row
1 x 10 x 65 lb bent over row *failure

Not a big eater....that's actually what stopped the workout today for me, I started getting the hunger shakes, and couldn't stand it anymore. : (
