Today has been:
Breakfast -
2 cups oatmeal.
Gallon of water
1 cup coffee
Snack- 4 homemade date cookies.
lunch: 3 hamburgers.
cup of water
snack - cashews.
Pre workout:
2 pbj's
protein shake (2 scoops) with water
Dinner:
Steak
Asparagus
Sweet potato
Salad
more water.
Work out was light tonight. I think I will hit them heavier tomorrow.

The only time that has ever happened to me was when I went to this Brazilian steak house. I swear I must have eaten 5 pounds of meat. I then proceeded to hibernate in bed for the next 2 days...It was awful.:lol:
I went to one of those places a while ago, I felt like shit after I left.. Must have been too many chicken hearts :lol:

Yeah, this is what I deal with. I watch him eat whatever he wants while I moderate my food intake. :nono: :lol: It's not that easy when you have someone with a metabolism like Mohamed's around you. :lol:

I am trying new things with my work outs thus the reason for its absence. When I have it the way I want it I will post up. If you are let down, too bad.
I haven't been slacking, I just haven't posted! I will post more tomorrow!

3 real deal eggs w/ tablespoon cayenne pepper(get the blood flowing.)
3 pieces raisin bread with real deal butter
3 cups of real deal coffee
1 banana
Snack -
2 PBJ

Pre lunch workout -
Squats:
Bar x 15

1x5x165
Flat bench:
bar x 15
5x115xMax(average 5-8 )
Hammer curls:
3x10x35
2x10x45
Lunch:
Protein shake
Kashi frozen dinner thing
Lots of water(this is an all day thing)
at 1500'ish calories and 102 grams protein as of lunch.
Snack: Panera Bread Sandwich
Dinner:
Unbelievably large sized piece of turkey
I think I made my mark for the day.
Worked out wicked hardcore last night y0. I got my swell on. Pics to come.
