Some of ya know me, some of ya don't... I really don't care because this is gonna be the SHIT!

Anybody who knows me KNOWS I always have some pretty sweet birthday parties. Last year was groovy as we turned back the clock at Astro Skate and it turned back into Southland Roller Palace for one night only! There were white men with afro's, leisure suits, bell bottoms and lots & lots of knee high socks on girls (ohhhh gawwwwd! that's hooot...)

Well, just because I'm gonna be a quarter century old doesn't mean we can't do it again this year!

Friday, April 4th, 1988

We're kickin' it ooooold school as we do the time warp and jump back to 1988 for ONE NIGHT ONLY! That's right, we're taking Astro Skate and turning it BACK into Southland Roller Palace and getting crazy as only us babies of the 80's can! Dust off the jean jacket, ladies get your leg warmers and start practicing your flash dance - we're going skating! But first, we're going to be TAKING OVER a local bar for CRAZY DRINK SPECIALS until it's time to leave and none other than 80'S KARAOKE!

A new addition this year is a sweet ass inflatable "obstacle course" that you can jump and do flips on or go up the wall climb, etc... from what I hear it's pretty AWESOME!

I'll have more details as it gets closer - be on the look out for the flyer coming sometime next week. I will be accepting music requests but all requests MUST be submitted to me in writing by March 26th.

80'S ATTIRE REQUIRED!
No Marky Mark's... he was a poser.
New Kids on the Block accepted.

I went to Squaresville today since it is across the street from my internship. They have leg warmers, work out head bands, jelly bracelets, breaker gloves, sunglasses etc. And band t-shirts like Debbie Gibson and NKOTB. They said they would give me 10% off of my entire purchase. Sweet store.
