So I have let myself go. Outta shape and getting worse I'm nipping this in the bud . I'm 6'3" 307lbs. I eat like shit and don't get enough sleep. That's gonna change. I decided to go back to my roots: Wrestling. My whole work out routine is built around endurance, and strength. I don't give a shit if I looked ripped or not. I just want to get back into meat grinder shape.

This week will be a cardio/ light lifting week to get back into things.

Day UNO:

Morning Breakfast-
2 cups of South Beach High Protean / High Fiber Cereal
1 cup of skim milk
1 Banana
2 glasses of water

a multi and 3000mg of flaxseed oil.
Snack at 10 am -
Apple

Start workout tonight. should be a nice night for a mile jog and weights.

Lunch- 2 cans of tuna made into tuna salad with some light mayo
4 slices of Whole Grain Bread
a cheese stick.


Mid day snack- apple and powerbar.

Dinner - 2 pieces of whole grain cheese pizza ..

Last night I did a quick lap around the apt complex ( about 1 mile) and turned it early. I havent been sleeping well lately.


Day -2

Breakfast-
1 Banana
1 90 Calorie Special K Bar
1 Bottle of V8

Snack- apple and some string cheese

Lunch 2 cups of natural mac 'n cheese
1 link of charizzo

Snack-orange and a string cheese.
