Congrats man, I know how it feels. Within the last like 3 month, I went from a 40~42 waist to a small 36 right now. The feeling's great and everything seems to change along with the weight loss.

ok, how much where you before? how much now? and what did you do to loose it?

I tried to avoid the details cause I know you nutrition/gym bound junkies will disapprove. Basically, I gained the weight from being a IT manager and sitting on my ass all day fixing computers/network. Im 6'1 er 6'2. In my prime (new girl every week) I was around 170ish. After IT job I shot up to like 230. This lasted for over a year!

anyway, lost my job to downsizing and instead of waiting for 6 months to find another I decided to get back to the business that got me laid a lot more then fixing computers. Bartending and serving tables. Bein fresh back in the mix so far I'm just servin tables so I'm running around all day and the more I work the better it is for me. I eat once a day. Thats it.

I'd say Im down to about 190 - 200 ish so I'm not in the clear yet, but I feel a lot better and the girls are starin again :headbang:

not too bad. im only down to 210 so far. was 240 in jan. but im only 5'10. lol. i figure ill get to 190 and then depending how i look might try to loose more but idk. way i look now i think ill be good. i just have a large frame though so got lucky with that i guess. lol. i have a sit on my ass all day job. lol
