This is pretty much going to be only a journal on me trying to gain weight.
I do go to the gym but this is going to be mainly for logging my weight.
Probably not going to go into much detail. I'll probably just put my current poundage from time to time. Maybe every other week or something.
I started working out the first week of January '08.
Started taking Iso Mass Xtreme Gainer early February.
Height: 5'8"
Weight prior to Jan '08: ~125 lbs
Current weight (4/6/08): 133lbs
Total gain: 8lbs
