I hope this will help me keep track of my workouts.

Squats

Just a note: Never done back squats before this week so I'm working up.

2 x10 105 lb
2 x10 115lb
3 x 8 120 lb

Legs wee almost done at that point. Did some lunges and dumbbell squts with 35 lb's to finish it up.

Did some bicep curls and tricep pushdowns for fun afterwards.

nice.

Sometimes i'll do arms on the same day as legs so they get part of the immense insulin response that the legs produce.

good deal.

I'm going to try and add 5 lb's every new day I squat. I know eventually I'll hit a point where I can't do that anymore but at least for now I'd like to do that.

I don't ever want to stay static with my workout's.
