If you want soft but sensual, I'd recommend Enigma, Delerium, Massive Attack, Portishead and Patrick O'Hearn

VNV Nation never really struck me as sex music. NIN, Ministry etc for certain...

A few more on the soft/sensual side....
Esthero, sia, Everything but the girl, kascade, Bliss, pretty much anything with lisa shaw by naked music, Thievery corporation, morcheeba ... these are all artists, but most have a bunch of choons that just plain feel good. Lemme know if this is in the ball park and I can help you with some specific songs.

There's always the more technologically advanced iTunes playlist and just let your computer run (you can also have porn on the background for some extra oopmh!)
