well, i was up to 278lbs 2 years ago. i stopped drinking soda, diet, and worked out and went down to 235. since that time i have been slacking, not working out and drinking soda again. i am at 256. i dont feel as good as i did so i am going to start again, and keep going this time. i dont really have a goal, but in the 230 wwould be nice again. i am 6'5 so im not going to weigh 160 :lol: anyway, please comment on my eating and let me know what else i can do!

today- breakfast

3 eggs whites, protein shake, cottage cheese W/ pineapple

Lunch-
subway 6 inch tuna sub and lots of water, protein bar

dinner-
8oz grilled salmon(which was soo good),and steamed veggies, green tea

i had some beef jerkey to snack on before dinner, im not too sure what would be healthy to snack on, any help would be great!

throw some healthy snacks in between B/L/D. You will thank yourself.

If you could pack lunch instead of getting a sub it'd be a lot healthier for you, but that is a good start. Some healthy snacks:

Apple & mozzarella string cheese
Fruit or all natural unsweetened applesauce and cottage cheese
Plain yogurt with agave nectar
almonds and most nuts
peanut butter
