Crunches and sit-ups are a waste of time.

Drink as much coffee and eat as many peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches as humanly possible.

Crossfit.

hey guys wanna have an ' abs showoff ' ? just saying.

i can deadlift 2.5x my bodyweight, do 25 dead hang pullups, run a 5k in 23 minutes , bench 120% of my bodyweight for 15 reps, and do a 100lb weighted pullup and 115lb weighted dip.

oh and i have abs.

so honestly, lets go pound for pound, and see how you come out.

nobody needs to be cramming hydroxycut down their throat when you can do the same thing with 3 cups of coffee.

same thin ggoes for super weight gainer supplement. no need for that shit when there's good old PB&J around.
