Wanted to ask and see if anyone currently has any hands on experience with Cisco Call Manager Express or has any interest in playing around/learning it.

Hrm, I've never heard of Shoretel. What makes Shoretel the better product for a VoIP solution? (Other than price, I would already assume)

Ease of Administration, High Availabilty, Ease if installation, higher customer satisfaction than Avaya, Cisco, and Nortel to name a few.

And of course, I work for a Shoretel Reseller/Partner, I have installed 40+ sites, and I own and run www.shoretelforums.com. We used to be CME dealers...too many issues.

If you are on the market for a Voip PBX system, it's worth the look.
