What is the best way for me to accomplish this? I have basketballish fore arms and want to gain mass in my fore arms.

you and me both man.... it's a pet peeve of mine that I cannot get progress size wise on them. They have the feel of a rock, just not a large rock!

Fuck genetics! It can be overcome! Or I'll be pissed. The insides of my forearms never seem to grow either.....
Grab a bar. Tie a rope around some weights (whatever weight works for you, maybe 20-25 lbs?) and tie the other end to the bar so it won't slide. Leave enough slack in the rope so the weights sit just above the ground when you hold the bar in your hands out straight. Roll up the weights onto the bar, then roll them back down with your arms straight out. Repeat as needed.
