View Full Version : Crystal Light water additives...

So I have the little individual little packets that you add to 16.9 onces of water...0 calories sugar sodium carbs.....nothing, zero all the way down the line, are these killing me? I know its not straight water, but is it 'almost' as good? I cant drink straight water but im popping like 6 of these a day....

Loading up on Aspertame is not a good time.

They aren't terrible for you - but one packet - and four or five bottles of 16.9 ounces would be the wiser route to go. ; )

Have you tried putting lemon in your water? The more natural you go the better.

As far as healthy goes I have no clue, I like the propel ones more, they taste a little better IMO.

i love crystal light and when im reallly sick of water ill switch it up with different flavored crystal lights in between my bottles of plain water

All I drink through the week is water or water with Propel powder. Like other people have said, whenever I want something with flavor I use the mix-in. It has vitamins and nutrients in it and none of the unnecessary calories. I don't know about Crystal Light though.

I love the Propel Kiwi-Strawberry. Second favorite is Grape.
