1.What excercises are the absolute "Must do" no matter what level you are at? Like push ups or pull ups, lunges...what would you say are excersises that EVERYONE should be doing?
2. What are the best excersises to work the WHOLE body and core at once?

deadlifts! i dont know what it is, but i recently started doing them and everytime i see a bar laying around with some weight on it i get an urge to DL it :lol:
besides that id say the must dos are squats, bench, pullups, dips, and situps. some running would be beneficial too.

depends on your goals,
but i'd say
chest: bench press
shoulders: shoulder press
back: deadlifts
legs: squats
bi's:barbell curls
tri's: dips
start the muscle group with those and add a few other movements adn you'll be good to go.

Im not a powerlifter myself, but i think the 3 things you have to do to get strong is Bench squat and deadlift. Dont get me wrong, other things are a big help, but those 3 are the absolute basics

1. Squats, push ups, pull ups & deadlifts.
2. This could be a lot of things. Jumping squats or lunges (with or without weight) are really good. I've been doing yoga once a week and I feel that it works your entire body and definitely the core. Most Olympic lifts usually have the type of movement that works everything.

I have to do cardio and abs if nothing else. I feel like crap if I don't.

My Thai coach swears by waking up and directly doing 50 push ups and drinking a glass of water. He said it jump starts you metabolism in the morning and you naturaully have a better day?
I do 30-40 those last 10 i have not tackled yet. The ones i do do seem to help ALOT!
Plus its free and easy!
