Good job, if I didnt hit the gym for 6 years I would seriously be about 350lbs right now or heavier.

You lost me?

Niggarific, I am one of the lucky ones that its easy to maintain my weight, I have gained 10lbs in 6 years, and I just gained the 10lbs in the last few months when I started school!

I can carry 350 very easily.

your title reminded me of some old school LL.

My sugestion to you is hire someone who knows what they are doing for a couple sessions. Too many people still dont know how to train properly and injury free. I see 40-50 year old men who im amazed are still walking. It will cost you a little more up front, but if you find someone who knows what theyare doing, it will be money WELL spent.

If you were here id help you out, but im not. Good luck.

You are like me if I was 6'5". Im 6 foot and can carry 250-260 pretty easily.

Even when I was leaner and was 6-packish, when I wore a t-shirt it always kinda looked like I had a little 'pooch' gut when I didnt. Is there a way to get 'flat' abs without being a fucking rail? the fact that my chest is kinda pokey helps, but I want flatness cuz im vain,

Its more genetics than anything.

Look at chuck liddell. Guys got a 6 pack, but its on top of a distended gut, so when he wears a shirt, it looks like hes got a beer gut.

You can shrivle down to nothing and get a 6 pack, or you can increase your size and work on cutting the fat off and meet in the middle. Depends on what your personal goals and feelings are. Remember, Goopster has a six pack, but is he healthy/in shape?

Its a 24/7 private gym, no trainers or anything in there unless I called one up. I dont plan on doing anything extreme, just a lot of cardio and few free weights.

So I went to the gym and jumped on a treadmill.

1/4mile @ 3.5mph
1/4mile @ 5.0mph
1mile @ 6.5mph

I was a little tired but could have done another mile, didn't want to kill myself tho!
