This an idea that another local female trainer(Rebekah Reidy) and I had.

These would be 2 hour fitness bootcamps that comprised of 1:15 mins of warmup/training/cooldown and 30-45 mins of Q&A with us, about all things strength and fitness related.

It would be coed as we would have a male strength coach and a female personal trainer. We feel that having the both us there will make it so that a majority of the fitness spectrum is covered.

These bootcamps would be held at a beach front setting and would be aplicable to everyone from a beginner to expert. The bootcamps would be held either monthly or bimonthly on the weekends, so that most peoples work schedule wouldnt be an issue. No contracts or anything would be required, they would be a pay when you show basis.

Would this sound interesting to anyone on here. The cirriculum will be alot of bodyweight and lightly weighted exercises, along with some forms or cardio and circuit training. Let me know via some feedback in replies.

Donnie,
What are your 1st estimates in cost per workout. Bundle packages?
My girlfriend and I are in the gym 5-6 days a week and this would be a great alternative to hitting the normal gym routine on a saturday morning.

I might be interested in trying it out to do something different. I pretty much do my own thing so 30+ mins of Q/A might be a little boring for me but I guess it's always interesting to hear others' perspective.

Yeah my only drawback is 30min Q & A post workout. After that type of workout, I am ready to go home and eat. Maybe Q&A can be done via emailed sheet w/ specific questions.

The Q&A would be optional... kinda like an open forum to ask myself or rebekah any questions you might have. If you dont have any, then you would be free to go. Alot of people that are new the the fitness game have no idea whats going on. So, instead of them watching some other guy who may have no idea what hes doing, id rather set them straight from the begining.

We havent set a price yet for this but i can tell you that it will be very affordable.. We would probably have a couples discount as well to encourage more couples to attend.

Thanks for the feedback and myself or Rebakah will let you know about the prices as soon as we do.

Good luck, I think you two are barking up the wrong tree though.

I bet you'd get more of a response in the FFA maybe?

I know it's off topic - but I'd say the larger portion of the people in this section are good to go.

Well not to start a shit storm, but the majority of this forum (going on the averages that have actually trained with me or by me) could use this type of training.

Im nowhere near in perfect shape, but then again im a strength specialist. Ive got rebekah for the all the detailed cardio needs(for this particular venture).

But honestly, thanks for the input. I know this isnt exactly my target market by far, but its still advertisement.

I just can't afford anything right now, otherwise I'd probably be up for it. This would probably be best after people make resolutions. Sad, but true. Most people don't care about their weight/health and what they are eating and whether they are working out right now.
