non-financial credit report

anybody hear of this?

This has to do with my insurance payment dispute from 2 months ago. For several weeks they have been telling me now to worry about it.. Now I get a call from collections and now I am worrying..


Well a lady from the insurance company tells me don't worry about the collection agency reporting on my credit because it is a non financial credit report..

Anybody hear about this before??

It is bullshit... I know but I am also disputing the insurance bill also.. It is a big mess..

Allstate is soo unorganzied.
