Mines currently 62 as i type this. Im working on getting it lower, my cardio's never been super :(

Its prob not his truly resting hr. Try to chill for atleast 30mins or try to take it right when u wake up in the morning.

The lowest I've calculated it was 51, but I'd say typically it's probably closer to 55.

Mine usually comes in at 49 after I've walked from my office to the CVS store where they have a heart rate/BP machine.

I just measured mine and i get 77bpm. I dont work out at all though...but that is pretty avg iirc.

Just did mine did 49 beats havent even went to sleep yet lol or worked out in a week cuz ive had a cold for some odd reason.

I did 15 second count. I have always had a very fast heart beat and fast metabolism
