Wedding Photography (on a budget!)
Which lens do you guys think is the best for shooting weddings (& is reasonably priced)?
I've been researching this & a lot of people say the 24-70mm f/2.8L & the 70-200mm f/2.8L but those lenses are soooo expensive! ($1200-$1700) & that's just NOT affordable for me right now. LOL. So, any other suggestions? BTW, I shoot with a Canon 20d. Thanks!

Rent one if the wedding is a little ways out. You'll need fast glass be ause at f/4 its still to slow for most all ceremonies unless you crank up the iso. You'll have a bunch of grain though. The 17-55 f/2.8 is might be an option but it's still $800 used

Another site for rentals, http://www.adorama.com/ I have bought new and used lenses from them but never rented. Good luck and dont forget to post the pictures!
