what do you think about the artistic quality of this pic

I find it superb!

Well to be honest...

Bad

- Highlights are blown out.
- Distractions everywhere. The left side has the blue space w/ the car and the right has the awkward door frame/window.
- Too much space above the subject so it pulls the eye away from most important part of the image.

Good
- Brick behind subject.
- Angle - almost pointing down at the subject.
- Subject.

I'm not sure if any or all of this is on purpose, but the image would have looked much better had it been framed a little more creatively and exposed properly.
