32" HDTV 1080p samsung DLP flatscreen NOT FLAT PANEL!

I have a 32" samsung Hdtv. It is a flatscreen but not flat panel.It has a wide back but not that wide. It is a NT32z40. Can go up to 1080 p. Excelent condition, no problems what so ever. Will trade for a xbox 360 elite with game or ps3 with games. Tv is about 2 1/2 years old and cost over 750 at the time. Owned by my mom sicne but shes moving to georgia and is giving it to me. I have a lcd so I have no use for it. Want about 250 obo
