Kicker C15 Sub Woofer And Sony Xplod Amp Fs/ft

I have FS/FT a 15in Kicker C15 Subwoofer and a sony Xplod 1000 Watt Amp.
The Kicker is brand new in box never been used! The amp is used, BUT it works perfectly. I was going to install in my car but decided not.

I DO NOT, I REPEAT, I DO NOT HAVE A BOX FOR THE SUB. SO DONT SEND ME A MESSAGE ASKING ME IF IT COMES WITH A BOX.

I am trying to sell this together, so dont ask me if I will sell one or the other.

Asking Price is $150

OR i will trade for a Used, GOOD condition Cd player or DVD player for Cars. Must be name brand such as Pioneer, Panasonic, JVC, Kenwood, AIWA, Alpine, you get the idea. NO ebay-like brands PLEASE
