Dinner came to 35 dollars even(plus i assumed whatever gratuity would've been charged from the coupon) I make the phone order and since the coupon didn't say dine in only on it I assumed it could be used. So I show up and the manager's like "Well this is for dine in only that's why it says 1 per table". I told her that there were other coupons for other restaurants that said dine in only in BOLD letters but this one did not. On top of that I told her the reason why they say 16% gratuity on the coupon is to compensate for the fact that we're not sitting down to eat and wouldn't leave a tip(which is what the customer service rep at restaurant.com said before i went there). She refuses to hear this and is adamant about not taking the coupon. So the friend I came with decides to just pay for the dinner, although I had half a mind to just say fuck it and leave the already made food right there.

So I have a new plan. I'm going back there soon and am going to sit down to dinner. Then i'm going to order the EXACT same thing i ordered that day that came up to 35 dollars. Then i'll take about 10 mins and eat just a small portions(literally about 2 or 3 spoonfuls) then ask for them to pack up the rest to go just to be a son of a bitch.

It has the lanyard ring and is stamped US ARMY on the butt and has what I think might have been the unit number it was issued to. Under the barrel is says United States Property. It had to have been manufactured between 1908 & 1916. It's obviously been refinished at some point but nicely done - the rollmarks are still crisp and there are no buffed out edges, everything still nice and sharp. It's not the tightest gun but it's not sloppy either. It shoots just fine, group about 1.5" at 12 yards. I've fired about 30 rounds of cowboy loads through it. Bore looks pretty fair. Hey, it's 100 years old! Nice piece of American Military History.

Which was great, I had the gmail interface, and features and abilities for everything.

Then I got invites into voice, and wave - which was fabulous, I was able to log into voice, wave, and the groups that I was a member to through my name@host.com login all over google.com/whatever.

Then I decided to link a gmail account to my apps account (you can not use an existing account), so I created a new gmail account and linked it to the apps account.

After about three days I realized that the gmail account linked to the apps account was kind of pointless, and I wasn't really ever going to use it - on top of the fact that I now had to manage three email accounts instead of just the 2 (apps and original gmail). So I deleted the gmail off of my apps account.

In one day I lost my voice, wave, and all group memberships - and had to reregister all of my accounts (if available to).

Submitting multiple bug reports/feedback so far has yielded no response or effort on the Google side. The most annoying part is that the google voice number is still linked to my phone...

So the moral of the story is: Do not link your apps account to a gmail account if you have any concern about losing your other accounts that are linked to your apps account.

This was my first semester at SPC and im new to all of this. Well I relized I was charged about 6,000 for 6 classes. I asked the student services if that was correct and they said yes. Now this was a week or two into the semester. Well about 3 weeks ago I asked them again if everything was ok because I relized I was put into the system when I went in 2001 to get information so I thought they charged me for that. Lady said everything was fine and another lady was looking at the screen too.

On monday I started rechecking everything and searching for answers and I relized that I was logged as non-resident. On the application it was pretty standard for all the SPC campuses so I thought "are they asking me if im staying on campus or not? Are they really asking me if I live in Florida?" so I marked non-resident.

Well I finally got to some one in the ranks today and they pretty much told me "well you filled out the application, signed it and turned it in sooo... thats the way it is. You can file for an appeal but they hardly get approved for things like this and it might be awhile before its even reviewed because they dont meet all the time"

Resident: 77.00 per credit hour X 18 credits
Non resident: 280.00 per credit hour X 18 credits

Yeah, 3600 missing.I had a mix of loans and grants. And they expect me to shut up and just pay for it. She even told me if I went thru classification now I can probably get it changed for next semester. Is this wrong?

Also, they copied my florida drivers license that has issue dates/expiration dates. That right there is enough. My DL was renewed in 06' and my voters ID was issued in 01' Anything over 6 months makes you a resident I think anyways.
They never put two and two together or question anything and this is their actual job, to procss students. With so many people its common for mistakes to be made and things to be questioned, doesn't anyone check for this?

Oh, they told me I need three "legal" documents showing my address. Well they said a registration/title was ok plus DL and voters id. When I get everything copied and ready to fax she mentions it has to be atlease a year old. I had my current car for 10 months give or take.

What are your thoughts?


TL;DR: SPC owes me 3600.00 because a honest mistake was made and I was logged as non-resident.
