Generally you need to express a talent or ability that is not (easily)found in that country. I didn't have any problems like this though since I had been a professional athlete for the required amount of time and it is arbitrary if anyone in Italy had the "ability" that I had. I ended up not going at the last minute because of the Visa, but it was because the US side of it, not Italian side. Good Luck

Not really, my airfare was still $800 even on a group rate and I flew NorthWORST into Osaka/Kansai. Japan is expensive, hands down. The $4000 for all of what you got sounds like a deal. The bullet train from Tokyo to Kyoto alone is about $200-250 US. Living there did make things more accessible, because I ended up learning the cheaper places to go, but it was still bloody expensive to even live there, with the salary they were paying me! |
