I think it's difficult to grasp that some people actually believe that a Middle East nuclear arms race is a good idea. The perplexing part of it is that they use the justification of "fairness" as a reason why this arms race should take place.

For God's sake, the Soviets and the US had a hard enough time averting nuclear war during our arms race what the fuck do these idiots think is going to happen if there is an arms race in the Middle East?

The majority of these "Palestinians" that you claim were forced out left on their own.

Funny how the Arabs with Israeli citizenship generally have the best standard of living and actually have representatives within their(Israel's) government.

Seriously, Israel has shown historically unforseen and incredible restraint in dealing with their openly hostile and agressive neighbors. Have they fucked up on occaision? Yeah. So have we. But the big difference is that Israel, much like us, punishes those who did wrong and makes an effort and making things right again.

Actually, Israel has close to 400 nuclear weapons in its arsenal, or at least enough fissile material to build that many. Not that they'd need more than about a dozen or so to lay waste to the Arab world.
