I responded with an arguement that was an exact mirror of what you said to me. I did so in order to illustrate the behavior yuo displayed towards me. So if you'd like me to put it in 10 year old terms (because I am, afterall, a child) I guess I could say, based on the fact that I gave you an exact duplicate of what you gave me, "I know you are, but what am I?"

BTW, I'm watching Jon Stewart cream this guy in gay marriage right now and its mroe magical than Crossfire. And although people are cheering and laughing, I think he's holding an incredibly coherent, knowledgable arguement. I mean damn, he's just bashing everything this guy has using LOGIC. Chuck, you wouldn't have a chance.

ok dickheads, no reason to fight about things. We are always going to have opinions, the media is always going to branch out in oppossite ends of the spectrum, and I guess when argueing, people will always come down to discrediting and name calling. BAH

I enjoy these talks cause it allows me to see what everyone else is thinking, which to me, is important. I try and show my side, but more so try and understand the other side. Listening is a virtue.

Chuck - thank you for even being open to a debate and doing so, I see you dont really have any help in here and I think its cool that you even listen to us when we tell you what we think. Thats better than most repub.s out there and believe me I appreciate it.

When it comes down to our personal freedoms, we're all pretty much on the same page. Well, maybe not so much Chuck on most of our freedoms (i've never seen him voice an opinion siding with us on it), but most of the Republicans suddenly form up next to us Democrats when it comes to our rights. I know Joe is a person who I strongly disagree with on most social issus, but when our freedoms are threatened I can count on him to back me up defending them.

I haven't watched it yet. But my opinion on marriage is probably different than most. Wanna hear it? Read on...

Marriage is a religious institution and being so, I would like to see it completely removed from any legality. Get married, fine, break up you're on your own, no courts, no lawyers.

I prefer civil unions and a contract. Renewable preferably.

The first time a woman got a lawyer and went after alimony she turned marriage into prostitution. So let's just get the contract filled up front and be done with it. Just like a business.

Well, you know what Katherine Harris says about seperation of Church & State.

But yeah, I agree. Marriage is a religious thing. As such, gays, who are condemned to a firey damnation in hell, should not be allowed to get married because the churches don't want them to.

But gays, like everyone else, are entitled to the same rights and freedoms under law. They deserve the same atx reaks, signing abilities, and so on.

But we're not talking about marriage here! Watch it, though. Great arguement. Especially the part where he stops the bastard dead in his tracks on a slippery slope.
