wasn't their Bellair Shores house going for around the same price? And then they lowered the price? Well i know the Miami house was just for their reality show but i have heard different things about eiether coming back to the area or going somewhere else because of Brooks career.

The initial offering for the Bellair house was $25M though to my knowledge they decided to take the Bellair house off of the market and keep it. They also have a condo in LA, as well as a Condo in Clearwater. The move to Miami was more or less just a front, the Hulkster will always be our home town hero of sorts.

Who likes Miami....I know I sure as hell don't. Every time I am forced to go down there with business my skin crawls and I cannot wait to just get home to the bay area. Beyond the tourist areas (and even those to a certain extent) its like visiting a 2nd world Latin American country or Haiti...no thanks. If I wanted to see that I would take a visit to Central America or Haiti.
Sadly, I can remember going down there as a kid and it was not nearly as bad as it is now. It used to be a much more enjoyable experience, oh well time moves on. |
