Also to clarify, you're not paying for the text message, as you stated you pay for unlimited text messages so that part is free, you are paying for their services, which is not included in your cell phone plan anywhere. Next time you get a text message reply with "Return to sender"
, it works when I get crap in the mail, why not text message.

Needless to say I would suggest just not paying it and take the hit to your credit and constant harasment (they have your cell phone number now anyways), it will disappear in 5 years I think... |

yea i never reply to all those, i always feel like its a scam i mean just look at those cheezy commercials..but like was said the unlimited texts are covered in your plan by your carrier as in they wont charge you for them, however, the 3rd party can also charge you additional charges on their behalf, and even more when they are using their "service" which is the information on the text itself. I have the BB Pearl and since i get all my other emails right on the phone, i just sign up with like yahoo or google to receive regular trafiic alerts, horoscopes , sports scores news eveyrhting like that sent to my email which comes right through to the phone. Im sure there has got to be some way of disputing that bill, maybe at least a portion of it

If you want to set up a payment plan with them, you could do that but you're paying insane amounts of money for something that isn't even worth it.
It does say at the bottom about the fine print about how much the pricing applies.. I saw so many of those commercials last night, but that is besides the point. You could always switch to another company if you wanted. Sure your credit is going to be affected and it'll be sent to collections.. but if you want to keep your same phone number you need to switch to another company before they cut your service off. Once they shut it off, the NTS (number transfer center) cannot release your number due to your account being suspended. So you can either pay it, or switch to another company before they cut your service off. |

I love getting calls about the premium text messages from third parties. So many people do not realize they are signing up for a monthly fee..that can be anywhere from .99 to 9.99 a month!! Try asking for their financial services department to set up payment arrangements. Keep in mind that if you don't start making payments on that bill, you could get your services suspended, and incur late fees, reactivation fees, etc.
Another option is to ask about text blocking... but you are going to have to end your subsription from each number. Did you get all the info on all the text numbers you texted? |

It's 7, if I am not mistaken, and the bill will go to collections due to non payment after 90-120 days. |
