Jimmy to death.... But he is screwed in this situation... If you read the bottom of the screen it says "you are now fucked" in fine print.

Legally, the company has disclosed the information that they will have a continuous draft out of your account. This disclosure gives them the right to attain these funds owed by any means necessary, including (but not limited to) judgements, leans, and wage garnishment.

If you honestly don't think that a company is owed thousands of dollars that they will pursue for those funds, you are sadly mistaken. Companies have attorney's that actively pursue the collection of monies owed.

You can take over my T-Mobile account.

You won't have to pay activation fee or anything.. my Cingular dealer line (which beats my current dealer line) comes in 2 weeks so I need to ditch T-Mobile.

Yeah, Alltel does have 10 people to speak to. T-Mobile has MyFave which is only five.. but it really depends how many people you are adding in and really talk to THAT much.

Alltel's MyCircle plans start at 59.99 and T-Mobile's MyFave start at $39.99.. depending on how many minutes you've need.

I like T-Mobile the best out of all the companies I've had.. but Cingular's dealer line and aircard are beating my dealer line with T-Mobile out.

Only $35 a month for basically unlimited everything.

I was hoping that someone would notice the story on Digg, and maybe provide some guidance as to how to alleviate the $7k bill. I also emailed the Consumerist, so hopefully, they can help the guy out.
