Looking for the owner of a red golf/gti or maybe focus modified temp tags dark wheels

My car got hit in front of Cheap in south tampa a couple weeks ago. There was a witness. According to the witness the car was a red european hatchback like a golf or gti or possibly a focus. The car at the time had temp tags on it but this was a couple weeks ago so it may now have a normal tag

This is how the guy described the car:
red vehicle had been modified from its original factory specification with various wheel/window/body upgrades (black alloys/very dark tint/sleek fairing)

Any help would be really appreciated. The guy hit my car and left the scene, I just got quoted at 2k in damage

Do you have any pics of the damage to your car so we could get a better idea of the color the car left in your paint? Shit like this boils my blood. I see these ricer/import fags always racing up and down S. Dale Mabry in broad daylight and in busy traffic all the time. Any chance to bust one is gratifying to me. What part of your car got hit or where would the damage possibly be on the other car?

Not necessarily, more expensive cars have more expensive parts. Just a scratch on the paint of any of the mystic or mystichrome mustang cobras is a ridiculous amount of money to repair.
