Btw The Bible only matters to two religions - Christianity and Judaism. That's not quite most religions. And it contains so many self-contradictions and logical fallacies that it's surprising anyone takes it seriously in the first place. In the part that condemns homosexuality it also says not to eat shellfish, wear clothes made of more than one fabric and other silly and obscure rules that nobody worries about anymore.

Well if they are both equal, who cares? The union aspect would provide equal privileges, the church would provide the marriage aspect of it.

I thought the whole idea wasn't to piss off the religious but to provide a single equal union system. Marriage would be an artificial religious institution, and any person can sign up to be an officiate civil unions just like it is now.

Basically, the interviewer (fox news pledger) tries to bait RP in every question, fails, and ultimately winds up agreeing with him at the end of the interview. See the problem is that you don't know how to read and you don't know the difference between political analyzation and support. I don't know for sure who I'm going to support in the primaries. I do know I won't be supporting Ron Paul.

If anyone beats Rudy in the primary it will be Fred Thompson, with a very, very outside shot at being Romney. Ron Paul is polling at 3% according to most polls. 3%. Gingrich is polling at 7% and he's not even running. Paul has less than half as many votes as a guy that is not in the race.

No one is taking Ron Paul seriously except liberals who are supporting him in hopes he will change the GOP and people who don't know any better (maybe one in the same?)

They're both fucking wrong and are only serving their own political agendas. We've even seen this on the boards from the both extreme left/right wingers. I on the other hand, think about the people of this country and our rights and welfare. I feel I take the best points from both wings and incorporate them into something that works.
