i like his stance on alot of issues, but as a liberal woman, him being pro-life is a big turn off.

I've done no extensive research on any of the candidates to be honest. i suppose you all could tell me what makes obama so awful?

the thing is.. Ron Paul isn't going to PUSH to over turn Roe v Wade. having his stance of smaller govt means less fucking with your body and your day to day life.

i too was initially worried about his stance on the subject - looks like he's mostly voted to ban partial birth stuff which is ugh, a really bad way to do birth control and the people who really need it (mom's health at risk, etc) wouldn't be banned from having it done, anyway (according to the bills).

Being from the most liberal part of the country I understand you position. If your not aware there are really three types of Govt in play with this issue. Local, State and Federal. Ron Paul doesnt want a "one law fits all" rule because its a very complicated issue and means so much to many people and for different reasons. He ultimately wants it in the hands of the states.

Check out his reasoning on Abortion, him being a OBGYN doctor I think he does have an insight I've never heard before.

We need to get rid of Roe vs. Wade??? Scary!!! Sounds like he is super pro life and ready to do something about it.

McCain - Supports Amnesty, flip flops on almost every subject so far. The military doesnt even support him.

Romney - Flip flops on the Abortion which looks to me he just wants the power of the office not really any principled reasoning.

I would entertain another candidate but so far I haven't seen one with a strong and consistent voting record, because to me thats whats important. I don't care who throws the bigger party I want to know how they will be voting and if thats in my best interest. I cant believe you actually said you want to see how they run a campaign like its a biug deciding factor for you. Ron Paul's campaign has been growing by double digits monthly, has more money the McCain and we are just getting started, I mean if your looking at campaigns......

You can be the most consistent guy in the world but if you can't figure out how to run a Presidential Campaign, I'm pretty sure your going to have a tough time getting anything done in the White House. I'm not saying that policy never enters into my decision because it obviously does but it's not the only thing I consider.

huh? ok lets take a look at this Ron Paul has more money the McCain, he scores better then any of the GOP cadidates in every poll so far. The money he has raised he still has because his campaign is so strong his supports are doing all the leg work because they believe in his message. He still has 90% of that over 3 million dollars..thats just from a campaign stand point.

I completely disagree with the war in Iraq, Americans are dying and we are losing our shit at the bank. Saddam was a bad guy but there are many bad dictators out there but we dont seem to care about them. Not to mention we have achieved our goals set down at the onset of the war, what exactly is the plan now? Even the Maliki Govt wants us out, lets get out...lol

But you know damn well Its about Oil, your not that stupid to believe the hogwash that this administration is saying...

why havent we went into Darfur, some really bad people living there.
