it's a huge ass platter with a full serving of zingers on top of loaded fries (bacon bits and covered in a lot of cheese). i ate the entire thing today. my coworkers estimate it was at least 3,500 calories

Never had it, nor heard of it. The cheese/bacon fries as that one place on Eastbay Dr just East of 19 = the shit! Tons of food, but too much for just me to eat.

I use to be a cook at the St Pete Alehouse and I would highly suggest not eating there. Its been years and years since I worked there but im sure everything is the same.
The Zingers are nasty too, well pre-cooked they are.
Their kitchen is nasty. if we dropped anything we just kicked it under something so the mexicans could clean it up but if it was a item that needed to be out asap and we were busy we just dipped it back in the deep fryer, like a zinger that jumped from the bowl.

Thats exactly what we were thinking.. plus we didnt want to hear the server bitch to us that you are bitching to them when all we want is a cigg break.
And when we took cigg breaks on busy night we had to hot box it (smoke as fast as humanly possible)
