A pawn shop has one for sale, I think that's what it is anyway. Stadium Pawn on Dale Mabry next to Scores. It's semi-auto, so I assume it's been somehow converted from fully auto. Didnt have a price on it.

Every other pawn shop I go to, they are helpful and courteous. They at least acknowledge my existence.

I stood in this pawn shop for 10 minutes looking at guns, trying to get some help, they ignored me for the first 5 minutes until I interrupted their conversation and the guy talked to me for about 10 seconds before going right back to ignoring me, I walked out pissed.

This is true. Depending on how busy they are, you can wait a while. It seems they only ever have like 1 person working there. Today they had two.

I have found their list prices are VERY negotiable. Case in point, I bought something today marked $599 for $450 OTD. And $599 is about market value.

Pawn shops are a great source for used guns. Dont dismiss them.

This place in particular has pretty high turnover. Every time I go in there, I see new stuff. I also think it's one of the few pawn shops in the city of Tampa limits that actually sells guns. I know of 4 or 5 other ones (4 are on Hillsborough Ave within about 3 miles of each other), and they are all in the hood. The rest are outside of city limits.

I dont expect any customer service in any gun store these days. The shoot straight "take it or leave it" attitude, plus the price gouging has infected pretty much all gun stores. I had hopes for shooters world, but they are just as bad as shit straight.

A "new" (remanufacutred) 1919 is usually under $2k.

I have no idea what they have, someone told me a tampa shop had a 1919... figured thats what it was. Might be a .50 M2 though.... but its something I see somewhat often I got a couple friends with a few ma-deuce variants. Not something I'm all that into.

Not something I would be into, at this time anyway, especially if it's a 50 cal. Dont quite have the jack for $4/round or whatever they are going for these days.
