The specific models that I'm looking for are the 1230 or the 1261, not just any 10/22.
You saw those two models, or just a standard 10/22?
my standard 10/22 sold about 3 weeks ago for $525, i didn't even have it posted for sale, someone emailed me with the offer, i had it for a trade value of about $300(which i paid about $330 for it)...of course i took it and bought my new xd40 subcompact and had 125 left over...
i want a take down model or ill just grab a cmmg .22 ar15 kit...not going to pay those ridiculous prices for a 10/22
I just sent out the barrel of my Takedown for threading. It really is a great plinker.

saw a 10/22 at a pawn shop today for $190ish, made them look up the numbers you're talking about, unfortunately it was just a standard wood stock carbine. Will keep an eye out for ya,

man if a standard 10/22 is $500 . My sons "tactical" 10/22 with Archangel stock , try mag , Magpul flip up sights , and a skull mag release must be worth $1000
well i say standard as far as it wasnt a heavy barrel etc, it was the itac edition, the only feature it really had over a standard is a threaded barrel with flash suppressor...but it was ati folding stock/scope/bx25 mag..so again not ur standard wood stock but still not the long range hd barrel target shooting ones..
I was thinking about going back, honestly, lol.. but I don't really need another project, and it would be a project it's not close to perfect by any means. The barrel has lost most of its bluing and its got some scratches all over the receiver and such. Definitely been neglected. (I just don't want you driving there expecting a perfect 10/22 for $200)
It's at Ultramar (sp?) pawn on Columbus near the stadium.

I do appreciate that, and i guess ill wait. No need to jump on it, standard stock 10/22s were in the low 200s before this panic and like mentioned i really want a take down 10/22. So hopefully this panic dies down and i can get one of those anyway![]()
Yeah I hear ya, I've been wanting a takedown too, ever since I watched the hikock45 videos on it

They had takedowns at shooters world not long ago. IDK if they still do ..they were over by the registers on the pistol side.
That I dont know lol
